The Agents Union is the professional association for UEFA Academy Player Agent Programme alumni - founded with a clear mission: to unite, represent, and elevate the professionals who drive the beautiful game forward. And we're just getting started.
History
The Agents Union (TAU) was established in March 2024, growing from within the UEFA Academy Player Agent Programme - one of the most respected training environments for professional football agents in the world. Launched in 2022, it was the first Player Agent Programme (PAP) ever run under UEFA - and TAU grew out of that pioneering first generation.
Our founding members recognised a fundamental gap: despite operating at the very heart of international football transfers and negotiations, agents lacked a unified, respected professional home. TAU was created to change that.
Today, TAU is the association for UEFA Academy alumni. But our ambition stretches further. In the near future, TAU will open its doors to all licensed football agents - becoming the definitive global community for everyone who works in professional football representation.
Headquartered in Nyon, Switzerland - in the heart of European football - TAU operates under Swiss law and in close alignment with the values and standards of UEFA.
